I think about a lot of things... what I did that day... things that people said... what my next day brings... why my feet only get cold once I get in bed!!!!

I think its because the sheets are cold! At least that is all I could come up with, cause my feet get cold too!

Sometimes I crave a glass of ice-cold water and sometimes if it is late enough just think and ask questions to my self. And on normal school nights, if I go to bed on time, then I will just grab the dog(as she gets situated under the covers) I think of how my day was and how much time I get to sleep! And, DID I TURN ON MY ALARM? I need to make sure that I get up on time...I don't want to be late!! :DD

I remember those days. I would talk to myself or think for that matter...as if I am telling myself that I can not hit the snooze button too many times. If I think about it enough and tell myself that I have to get up when the alarm goes off, then I will. It works for when I had a job outside of home too. :)

Unfortunately I think about things I'm worried about usually. Or I think about things I need to get done. Sometimes I think about things I want to do and sometimes get some of my best ideas. And I keep wondering if the temp in the house is right if the kids are too hot or too cold. I worry if all the doors are locked. I wonder if the dogs need to go outside again. That is about it though.

I think about things that have happened during the day and things that may have been brought up from the past recently. I think about what needs to be done the next day and think about rolling over my partner to try to get him to stop snoring. LOL And then when I realize that I am thinking too much, I try to clear my mind. I will start my meditation CD and concentrate on the music and deep breathing to try to get to sleep. I don't sleep well. And when I am not working outside the home, I have a harder time sleeping.

I actually think about a lot of things, but I tend to mostly think about work. I work from home as a freelance writer. It honestly seems like I get some of my best ideas at the worst possible times. I even have a notebook that I have by my bed becuase I think of stuff, like article ideas, when I am trying to fall alseep or when I am laying in bed before I "officially," get up each morning.

I usually think about what kind of day that I had, and then i'll think about tomorrow, and what I want to get accomplished.

I look only at the back of my eye lids. I conciously see only black. I fall asleep in moments. It is also how I go into meditation. It's all about focus.

Normal night I would think about the day, the ups and downs. Then I'll think of tomorrow and hope that it is better than today. I'll think about the people in my life and the ones who have come and gone. So many things to think about.

I think about my whole day, about what I did wrong and about my successes. I think of things I'm going to do in the next day and about my responsibilities. Finally, I dream of different things... places I can visit in the future, people I can meet, boy of my dreams :-)

Usually, it's what has happened throughout the day or recently. Sometimes it's what I have to do the following day or a movie or show I've watched recently. What about you?

Lots of stuff. Sometimes I think about things that I worried about that day or things I'm worrying about for the next day. I'll think about what I have to study or where I have to be during the day. Sometimes I think about stuff I watched on tv. A lot of times I think about why I can't get to sleep and how to keep myself from thinking so much I keep myself awake.

Although I do not sleep well at night bedtime is always the highlight of my day. It is a sign that I have lived one more day of my life. When I lay down at night a hundred things flood my mind. Trivial things such as tasks I may not have gotten accomplished throughout the day, tasks I need to do the following day, did I let the dog out before I went to bed, etc. Important things also enter my mind. Wondering how the latest crisis in my grown children's lives are going, wondering if those I care for know it, thinking of my time with my mom when she was alive, rewriting an article I may be working on and planning ways to be more productive the next day. But, as I snuggle up against my husband as he rests, feeling his heartbeat and hearing his steady breathing, I settle my thoughts on contentment and the happiness I feel inside. Even in times of distress or upheavel...I am truly blessed.
