how do you cook turkey wings?

I always mess them up. The skin is always like rubber or the inside is not done. I'm going to give it one more try in a baking bag. Any tips?

I've never tried cooking turkey wings. I've heard you can do chicken wings in the crockpot so that might work for turkey.

DH doesn't want it in the crock pot because the skin doesn't get crispy.
