should cigarette smoking be banned altogether?

i don't understand what people gain with smoking but i know what they can loose and how harmfful it is. so i feel that it should be banned by all countries and the production should be stopped altogether to create a healthy tomorrow..... what do u feel?????????

No I don't think it should be banned. People should be given the right to deside for themselves what they do. It's called free will. If someone chooses to smoke they should be allowed. Drinking is more harmful than smoking, but you don't see them trying to ban that do you? I'm a smoker. I'm not a drinker. But I wouldn't be happy with it if they tried to ban drinking. We should be free to do what we want.

you right! the production should be totaly banned. people who smoke are just wasting their money, and for sure they will be spending a lot of money when the got ill because of smoking. i dont get their ideas or reasons why they continue smoking.

Yeah I agree with you and i think that all harmful products should be banned everywhere wether it is a democratic country or a kingdom because even though people knows how harmful these stuffs are yet they consume it because they are addicted to it so I think banning such products will surely decrease their consumptions to a great extent.
