Unverified unconfirmed buyers

I have recently had a rash of unverified paypal buyers or those with unconfirmed addresses. My auction TOS clearly state that I will not sell to such bidders. It just makes the whole seller experience lengthy and bothersome to have these buyers win your auctions, explain why they can't buy the item, refund their money, offer a second-chance option, and hope another winning bidder wants the item.

I believe you can set PayPal to where payments from them are blocked. I don't do it, as I don't want to miss out on making thousands of dollars. I've only been scammed maybe twice. I sell fulltime. A lot of people do not read the listings, so I'm not surprised you are having these problems. You are losing your listing fees everytime, even if you file for your Final Value Fees back.

I will have to look into that option. I've noticed that not many people actually read the fine print.
