There are many kinds of people in the world: 1. People who make things happen 2. People who watch things happen 3. People who do not know what the hell is happening 4. Lastly people who say "Anything happens in life" What category you fall in. I always love to make things happen

I would say I am a person who makes things happen. If you do not try to make things happen you will never get farther than well being nothing. you are a leader if you make things happen just sitting there you follow you watch and follow that is all. people who do not know whats happening well they just stay in a daze and never get out of it. people who follow the anything happens path live by the live fast die young setting. I have know all types of people and I must say I make things happen.

I also belong to People make things happen. due to this sometimes I actually get irritated with people who keep theorizing solutions but never have any clue to get things executed.

I fully endorse your view. How I wish our insitutions train people who can make things happen - be it big, be it small, it is the habit that every one should develop. I liked the straightforward response of yours. Thanks.

Well, in my view no one can be restricted to any particular category. We infact behave all these kinds under different situations. It all depends upon the Situation and Time factor. There have been times when I have made things happen which others coulldn't believe. At times; yes I do watch things happen(when I know that Silence is the best answer). At time I get so engrossed in my work that I don't care what the hell is happening outside...And I also take Life is a mystery and Anything can happen...u never know...

I also belong to your catagory! I am person, who ant to make things happen! I never wait for a person to do a job and then start. I always like to take up things which are impossible and want to complete that! For (e.g)We got a project which was to be completed within a day which might actually require more than 15 hours! Everyone in my team said that its impossible to complete the job and wanted to extend the deadline. I took up the project and started working continuously without break and finshed the work in 12 hours!

That is challenge, that is called efficiency, that is called involvement in the job. Good response with interesting points to be noted.

I'm not really sure which of those categories I would fit into. I tend to be a go with the flow type of person, I hate conflict and I'm a big peacemaker when there is conflict going on.

I appreciate you are in peacemaking process. But I fail to understand you could not choose. Read and read and read again, you may find answer.
