Why women are always after trinkets and accessories?????????

Sometimes i am really astonished and dazzled looking at the accessories or jewellry purchased by the women , they really spend much of their income on these trinkets,knicknacks,baubbles and rest of irrelvant stuff..... What do u think is this bcoz women are bound by nature..or do they like to spend money unecessarily for show-off while the same amount of money can be given to charity???what are ur views....
