I want to start eating oatmeal for breakfast. Trying to be healthy and all. The problem is I want to load it up with sugar. Anyone know a good way to add flavor to oatmeal without making it bad for you?

Are you allowed to eat honey. We use local honey in ours. It has the ablity to help wiht allergies as the local bees eat from the things we are allergic to thus it helps our bodies deal with it better.

If you can not handle it for breakfast then make oatmeal cookies, and this should be able to help. I like the chocolate covered kinds. There is not a whole lot in those. - DNatureofDTrain
