I know grilled chicken is good for losing weight, but other than putting it in a salad...what can I do with it?

A few people said wrap, I'd recommend that too. A piece of tortilla will have fewer calories than bread. Kebabs are good too, and a great way to get your vegetables. You can also try a low-fat chicken salad made with low-cal mayonnaise or a bit of plain yogurt as a base.

You can put it in pasta with grilled veggies, you can plate it with steamed veggies and some brown rice, you can make chicken wraps.

If you want to control your weight or you are for losing weight, grilled chicken with sauce should be enough with small quantity of bread, for us in the Philippines, rice. Grilled chicken is delicious that you may not be able to stop eating until full and you'd not be able to control becoming stouter.

Stir fry 2 Cups Green peppers, red peppers, and onions 4 oz. chicken cubed 1 pkg. mushrooms 1/2 Cup rice (cooked) 1 Tbsp Terriyaki 1 Tbsp Kikkomen garlic & herb marinade 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce I cook the chicken and then marinade it all in the fridge. Then I saute it until the vegetables are soft( I don't pour out the marinade but you can if you want.) Then I mix in the rice.
