I think, unless something is spilled on your baby, and it's not too hot out, you should only bathe your baby once every other day. In the summertime, my kids get a bath every day. But, in the winter, it's every other day.
I also think moisturizers (sp?) can be bad if used too much because skin may get dependent on them. I only use them if skin is terribly dry and it's obviously necessary.
But, bathing too much will dry out skin, so basically, don't dry out skin only to use moisturizer.

It depends on how old your baby is. Personally, I would only bathe my daughters once a day when they were under a year old. They would get a regular bath in the evening, and rather than giving them a full bath in the morning, I would sponge bathe them. I didn't want to dry their skin out by bathing them too much, and I found that sponge baths helped a lot. Good luck!!

I'm sure there is nothing wrong with this at all. When my kids were babies there were days when they had 3 and 4 baths depending on how much they spit up or how much came out the other end, lol. I don't think you'll do any damage making sure your baby is clean, but it's always good to use a moisturizer so their skin doesn't dry out :) Enjoy your little one.

When my kids were little babies I gave them a bath but now that they are 1 and 3 I only give them a bath every couple of days because they both have excema really bad and I was told at the hospital that constant washes dries their skin out too much and I was also told that everytime you give them a bath you should always make sure to put cream on them after they are washed to prevent their skin from drying out even more .
