Do you believe in re-incarnation - past life ?

I do. I have my past lives read to me. It wasn't past regression, but past life readings. I've had the same feelings when I watched Ancient Egyptian history. It turned out that I lived a frutful life in ancient Egypt. I wasn't a pharaoh or anything like that, but was married to a person of high status. Unfortunately things didn't work well, there was sort of coup d'etat and we were hunt down by the winning party. The readings explain many other lives I had and yes they helped me understand unreasonable feelings I had.

I believe in past lives because I remembered them and felt connections. I had a past life in Italy because I had a strange homesick feeling about this country for 2 years and a psychic gave me distant healing to get over it and it worked a little. My other past life I was buried alive. I have issues trusting people in my current life because of this life and the illness I suffer from, one of the symptoms of having shortness of breath carried over from my being buried alive. When I think of this past life, it's still fresh in my mind and I am unsuccessful of trying to get out. I have gotten emotional too and cried in front of my spouse while telling him my experience. My spouse is a skeptic but when I told him my past life story, I felt like he believed me and he comforted me and told me that it's all in the past now.

For some reason we do have a connection to the past. It may be in our genes, a genetic code which has been passed down through the generations. I know there are certain people I have met who seem to have an instant recognition, but maybe their ancestors knew mine. Or.....maybe....there is such a thing as reincarnation. No one knows for sure although there have been reports of children with very strong memories of having lived another life. I think it makes sense that we should live and live again since the laws of the universe say energy is neither lost nor gained. If our spirit or soul is energy which can not be supported by the body we inhabit, then that energy has to go somewhere and it is anyone's guess where that is.
