Lover Vs Family?

Which do you choose? Your boyfriend/girlfriend or your immediate family ( i mean like parents, and siblings?) For me, because I have only a brother so there is no rivalry in choosing my boyfriend. I value my family opinion when I went out with someone.. because I know they just want the best.. and I know that most of the time I cannot see that the person Im going out with is not suitable, because I was blinded by love. So I choose my family. Family is forever.. while lover.. may just leave you anytime. Which do you choose?

i've been on that situations for several times, and at the end i always choose my family. Sometimes i think don't i deserves to make a relationship with someone whom i love to without concidering my parents ... But since i've broke their heart many times, i just giving my free will to choose to them, yeah it's very hard for me, especially when im blinded by love. Just considering that im paying the price for breaking my parents heart, and also to show them how much i love them. So everytime im dating a new girl, i would certainly introduce it to my parents first, after that, if there's no problem with it, then i'll go on, therefore i could control my feelings before it goes too deep for on some girl.

I don't call it love when someone is willing to leave you or cheat.

Well, you can just fall out of love as easily as falling in love, isnt it? But i agree that it is really not true love.

If you choose to be with someone that doesn't get on with your family then there will always be rows, arguments and bad feelings so in the long run it's just not worth putting yourself or your family through so much pain!! I would always be with someone that got on with my family so he was included in everything we do together. At my age not only would they have to get on with my parents, but also my 2 children and ofcourse my grand-daughter so it can never be just me which is probably why I'm on my own hahahaha
