School safety in our own Community

Do you believe that a shooting could occur at a school in your own community?

I definatly hope not, but the way things are today, you never know, it is possible, I just hope and pray it never occurs at my childs school.

Thanks for the reply!!! I hope and pray it never occurs at any child’s school. This is a real issue and it needs a cure. It seems that we can not trust our government to pursue this matter and all we have is ourselves to rely on. I really was hoping for more comments on this post to see if we could come up with something.

I agree, I wish there was more we could do, but it seems that even schools with metal detectors and guards are having this problem, I just think it is terrible, and I agree, I hope it doesn't happen at anyone else's school.

i hope it never does. But these latest school shootings prove that it can happen anywhere. That is why schools need to take precautions no matter where they are located
