Tonight i am making porkchops cooked in mushroom soup and fresh mushrooms. With corn on the cob, fresh veggies cooked in a cheese sauce and mashed potatoes. This was delicious and all of the kids loved it too ! Well besides my little fussy eater didn';t eat the corn on the cob or veggies!

Yummy! That sounds so good, I'm tempted to go eat again, lol. Tonight was just a junk night here, my kids all had pizza and we had burgers. But tomorrow night is barbequed steak, baked potatoes, salad and veggies of some sort. :)

It's finally a little cooler here in Melbourne, so we're having Spezzatino - which I suppose is like a beef casserole - beef cubes and peas (sometimes carrots too) and onion in a rich homemade tomato sauce - some herbs pepper, and garlic. I'll serve it with rice and some thick, crusty bread.

We cooked meat today and will eat it tonight. My Mom cooked it at noon but only me ate it as Father did n't come at home yet. He has come right now. We seldom eat dinner and seldom cook special food for dinner. Usually, we eat cooked food of noon at night too.

My hubby grilled up some buffalo steaks. YUM! We weren't in the mood for typical veggies and potatoes, so we made hummus and had some fresh veggies. YAY!

Thai chicken in peanut sauce, veggies and rice. I love my crockpot!!!! Your dinner sounds pretty yummy too!

This Monday night we are having Liver and onion, oniony potatoes, and glass of milk for each. Probably put in a movie too. Hubby is working to night for a couple of hours and it will be ready when he gets through the door. Oh, I am going to make Pecan Swirl bread too!

for me it's soup and toast. i dont eat much but that's what i usually eat.
