Colors: did you know that...

...magenta, yellow & cyan are TRUE primary colors of pigments in the art world? Blue and green are actually secondary pigments, but they are primary colors of light, along with red.
...grey resulted to a mixture of equal proportions of red, green & blue?
...white resulted from fully saturated red, green & blue?
...theoretically, black should be resulted from fully saturated yellow, cyan & magenta? but in practice, they tend to produce muddy brown colors?

As an artist I did know that. All other colors but white come from these primary colors. The original thought was that red, yellow and blue were the primary colors, but the color we know as red has a little yellow in it and the color we know as blue has a little red in it.
