i think the best way to learn english is to take english courses. you may also try talking more with english speaking persons. this way you learn english in its most natural way and for free. experience is the best teacher!

I read it in a big that english can be improved by reading novels,or also by responding in my lot or by starting discussions.I depends on how u want to improve your english there There are some people who can write english but cannot speak english fluently there are others who cannot write english
