Arranged Marriages? Proper or not? Will it succeed?

there are certain cultures or ethnic groups who practice arranged marriages. even now in this modern world there are arranged marriages, where people who are complete strangers meet and marry. i dont favor arranged marriages. i think marriage should have love as a foundation not some sort of arrangemet.

i don't agree with arranged marriage. why would parent want to remove the right of their child to choose who they gonna love till the end of their life. Their child would be the one who will live with that person and it is better to live with someone who you love than living with someone that you don't really love.

I totally agree with you on that. I think arranged marriage is like forcing two stranger to be together against their will and they do it because they want to honor their parents. I wouldn't do it. Even if that is the last thing in the world to do.
