I RECIVED AN EMAIL FROM POWER BALL LOTTARY INTERNATIONAL NL LEGA REPRESENTATIVE CONTACT, to notify me that iam winner ., HE wanted to send him money for notarization fees to --notary high court of justice .in netherlands.Hedirected me to: BEDRIJF SNAAM: VAN NOORT ADVOCATEN & ASSOCIATE. ADREES: 56A DIEMENSTRAAT AMESRDAM ZUIDOOST, TEL:+31-626-353-901 FAX: +31-84-726-0666. PLEASE HELP ME TO DECIDE TO PAY OR NOT? IS THIS LOTTERY TRUE OR A FRAUD. THANK YOU FOR your HELP.

Donot have a trashbin in your computer? These kinds of 420's are in millions all over the world trying to doop the guillible people. Just ignore this. It is a big racket.

NO If you didn't not sign up for anything, apply or enter anything then how can you win? It is a scam....I get them too...report it somewhere...i forget though.
