yar its not clear from your message for which type of application you are buying new motherboard if it is for gaming then you buy AMD ASUS motherboard but i think for programing and surfing the intel is best i own an intel system...no complaints till these four years as far as i know ASUS mother board is not better than intel so i prefer intel

i don;t know were do u live but dpn't buy celeron, the dual core is very powerful and i prefer it on others.i have a laptop with intel duo cpu it's very good. about the motherboard i prefer intel original but idon't know what are the prces in ure country

Buy and ASUS motherboard because its more reliable and buy a Pentium D HT w/ Dual Core processor. Its the best you'll be happy with you're pc by then.
