you have not mention your age well you can apply for b.com after inter and you must get 50% for apearing in b.com so good luck

Your question is not quite clear but from the little I have understood I take it that you would want to do your B Com in spite of your age. Well if you have already answered your 12th then you could apply for an admission to IGNOU ( Indira Gandhi National Open University) The website linking you to it is www.ignou.ac.in

it never too late. if you think you should do it go for it, you can do it full time or even through corrospondence..

whats ur age?seeing ur name i guess u are in India.u have lots of university providing u correspondance education.u have madras university,annamalai university,osmania university,and many more

You can do B.Com through regular and also if you like do distance that will be ok. there is no age limit but you need to pass class 12th. If you are in india you can do through www.osmania.ac.in and also through india gandhi open university and ambedkar university.
