Earning from Photo

I want to earn from Photos which i am having but each time i am uploading photos it saying this
Since user profile photos tend to be personal in nature, you will not be compensated for these photos. Instead, you now have full ability to add and delete these photos at any time. Think of profile photos of a way to express yourself and pimp out your user profile page!
If you’re looking to earn for your photos, there is still a HUGE opportunity to earn. You will be compensated for each photo added to a discussion or to an interest.
Please help me what is the problem i am unable to understand, if anyone can help me out. How Much we can earn from photos ?

The photo must be posted with a response to a topic and it must be relevant to it for example discussion about motorcycles a motorcycle image would get credit, image of a car would not. I think you would get paid 1 cent for this. Images you post in your profile do not get credited.
