How to increase Stamina for a normal person? Please reply discriptivly. Please post techniqes, food pattern or any other stuffs regarding this. It will be very uch helpfull.

I find it strange why the most obvious way of increasing stamina has not already been mentioned. RUNNING!!! Go run and you will see your stamina improves by leaps and bounds. If you want stamina, you want endurance - so go for long runs like 5-10km min. But don't too fast - if you want stamina, run at maybe 70% of your max heart rate. Once you think you are good, you can choose to attain weights to your legs to make yourself heavier. Another way would be to carry a heavy haversack on your back. Hope this helps. ;-)

you can increase your stamina by eating more fruits salads and all such healthy stuff

Yeah, I hear eating foods high in gleucosamine like kiwi and that strange brazillian nut are good for increasing stamina, anything with high fiber as well, as the body can be weighed down due to excess "waste weight" as I call it. ^.^ Just a regular work-out routine is good, really. Repetition is a must for building stamina, swimmnig is very useful as well.
