Should abortion be legalised?Shoul it even be practiced?Why or Why not?

It is true that it is already legalised,but it shouldnt be.what about the poor baby.Does it not have rights of its own.i mean may be its not the babys fault the mother got pregnant,and in case of rape it the mother truly doesnt want the baby she could always put the child up for adoption.so what do u guys think?
