I have a huge problem right now with regards to e-banking. I had erroneously done fund transfer to a wrong account. I am in panic right now...i don't know what to do. The account is coming from the company's account. i tried to contact the bank but don't understand what she says for she don't speak english. Is there a way i can do to resolve the error? I did email them but still no reply yet. I'm afraid we could not get back the funds. Really need your advise.

i am not sure if you can get the money back. unless the person's account to which you have deposited the money will personally return the money to you. but if not, i know it's gonna be a long process. i suggest you ask for help in any bank near you. atleast, they can give you an advice. don't worry, their advice is for free. so, don't be scared and ashamed. go ask them. they can really help you.

Do you think that still be credited to the account eventhough the account name is not for that particular account number? I had type in the last digit number incorrectly.

i think you can still recover the amount since the account number is not meant for the name of a certain person. it won't match. so, don't worry, you can still have it back. it might just take time and will need to go through a long process.

different bank have different rules and terms, contacting your bank by phone or visiting them is the best option that you have right now, tell them that you've done some mistakes, and ask them is there any way to get your money back ? if there is any possibility, then ask them how ? i've had experience in indonesia with the automatic teller machine that swallowed my money back to the machine, after one month i got my money back.

yes. with proofs, one can get back the money they lost. however, it will just take time to have it back. that's the bad effect of it.
