Orange juice or the fruit itself. Waffles with Maple syrup. Oatmeal( 1 cup milk, about 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf) Bring milk just to a boil along with cinnamon stick & bay leaf, add oatmeal stirring constantly, add sugar.Allow to cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, cook for about 10 mins. or until mixture thickens. Delicious and very nutritious.
