Generally speaking ,classroom English may be defined as the type of English required by the teacher of English in her/his practical day-to-day management of classes. In every class a teacher has to perform a range of functions. On the way to accomplish those functions the teacher has to rely on some kind of appropriate language in accordance with the context, activities, nature of tasks, organization etc. When a teacher enters her/his classroom s/he carries with her/him different segments of a lesson-the aim of his/her English lessons;the contents of English to achieve his/her aims; the relevant materials; and the activities related to presentation, practice and production(testing) for successful teaching. In order to manage all these segments of the lesson a teacher would use his/her English language as a medium. The same medium of English phrases and expressions used in the class is teacher's classroom English.
