i just thought of this idea because its so funny at home. everytime we wake up we usually do not talk close to each other not until we have gargled or brushed our teeth. im sure a lot of people are like this. they stay distance away from others because of the morning breath. no matter how we clean our teeth at night we always get morning bad breath..(this is okay as long as the bad breath is gone after you brush up)
anyone who also dont talk close to each other early in the morning during waking up?

I think that one way curing morning breath is to have a good oral care. There is this product out in the market called OraCare, and it eliminates morning breath.

is that so. then that's nice to hear. but i dont think it will totally eliminate morning breath considering the number of hours we slept with not enough saliva circulating in our mouths. perhaps oracare can help lessen the foul smell.hehehe

I do that too in the mornings when I wake up. I won't talk close to anyone until I brush my teeth. It is just a weird thing. We brush our teeth at night, but in the monrning it seems like we never even did. It is just an amazing thing.

I live with my room mates and same is the case with me. Bad breadth is the result of indigestion. Try keeping a day's fast.

Why don't you try brushing your teeth and gargle with listerine before sleeping...it's really refreshing...

There is a toothpaste that contains chlorhexidine and metrogyl. In India it is available as Augmexin gel, it eliminates the bacteria in our mouth that cause foul breath in the morning. You could use it before going to bed. It helps a lot.
