i get up at about 7.30 and i eat a sandwich and a cup of tea.

I get up around 5 get out of bed around 7 drink my coffee and away i go.

I get up at 5:45 am to get my 3 oldest off to school. Their bus comes at 7am, then I wake my 4 year old up and get her out the door by 8am. Before all of this though I have to have my coffee with the flavored creamer. Without my coffee I wouldn't even bother to get out of bed!
