I was suffering now with my high blood pressure. I'm 32 years old. The doctor told me that I inherited this.Is it true? What can you suggest for me to be able not to attack by this illnes? I was 70 kilos, 5'5 in height. Do you think I was fat that's why my blood pressure is high?

Yes I definitely believe it is true you inherited this problem. A lot of the women in my family have it (luckily I've escaped it so far). You weight could have something to do with it, also how healthy a life you lead can help to influence it. There are medications you can take, and it would be great to be able to relieve some of the stress in your life. I realize that is much easier said than done, but you could start by tackling some of the smaller things that cause you stress. Try not to worry so much about things you cannot control. Good luck.

I know it is very difficult to do, we worry so much about our children. But all we can do is try and do our best at giving them a great life, I'm sure you are a wonderful parent. Try not to worry to much about him, so long as he's got you, he's going to do great :)

Being overweight, eating the wrong foods, and lack of exercise can all contribute to high blood pressure. The tendency to have it is inherited. My mother has had it for many years, and so have I. We both take medication to keep it down. My doctor told me that the younger you get it, the more damage even mildly high blood pressure can do to your heart.
