I have. I found alot of my highschool friends and a few of my friends from Jr. High. Now i'm reconnected with alot of them and I get to catch up on old times. Myspace was a good place for me to find my old friends.

I've talked to a few old friends on MYLOT that seem to be doing better than me on surface, or at least financially wise. One old friend is now a lawyer. However, he is extremely unhappy and grumpy because he doesn't have a family. He had a girlfriend that was using him, and now he finds himself single, and without kids, and miserable, which is something that he really wants. Another friend is doing well financially but him and his wife cannot have children, and I got a hint that there was a bit of resentment from them because I did. Anyways, so yeah, they may be doing better financially, but that doesn't mean that they are doing better. There is always more to people that meets the eye.

I joined myspace to find friends that I had lost contact with. It was kind of funny because I ended up finding a ton of people that I had forgotten about along the way. I found less of the people I was actually hoping to meet up with on that site. I go check my page every now and then but I'm not as addicted to it as I was at first.

I have several people that I went to school with (wouldn't really call them friends just people I know). There's several of them that have really great jobs, make lots of money, and own their own home. I get jealous sometimes, but my life isn't so bad. I'm not rich, but I'm not dirt poor either. There are certainly people who I went to school with who are not doing as well as I am. So I'm thankful for what I have.

How do you mean better? In a material sense? That means nothing if they are not happy, have no family or friends. Just try to reflect on your personal blessings and you'll find that you do much better than you think.

I have tracked down old school friends on myspace. But the only one I've found that seems to be doing better than me is a guy going to school to be a doctor. And believe me, I wouldn't want that job anyway. I actually find that in general, I am doing better than most of my old friends on myspace. I'm happy with where I am now. I have everything I need.
