Do the members of Mylot family know the importance of maintaining one's health and if so what is the price one has to pay for doing so? Maintaining the health does it mean to go to the physician regularly or is it regular health check-up? It is correct food, exercise, good sleep free of stress and strain etc. Does anybody know this or knowingly avoid all these complications - and if so to what price?

Hi, Balanced diet ,exercise, good sleep, meditation will help you to remain fit.But after the age of 40,one should get a routine blood test done once in six months,or atleast once in a year.

If one has a control on food-in-take and type of food, if one does 1 hour exercise (brisk walk, jog, swim) and one keeps his mind free from worries, one can maintain good health. That way minor ailments will always be there and one can get it corrected with the help of physician or expert.
