out of all of the final fantasys you've played what one is the best?

Most of my friends love the Final Fantasy 7 where CLoud and Vincent are the primeary characters. For me I personally like Final Fantasy Tactics.

Without a doubt FF7. No other plot comes even close to the intence one of FF7. The movie is also a must see for any ff fan. Hell even if youre not a fan you have to see Final Fantasy 7: advent Children.

Mine is a close tie between Final Fantasy 7 (FF7) and Final Fantasy Tactics (FFT). Both has a great storyline and great replay value. =)

Final Fantasy IX has best year time to play.. not too futuric and not too ancient^-^ but i liked Final Fantasy X too :P

I would say it's FF8, I just completed it.

For me ,it's Final Fantasy Tactics . Aside from the story which involves a lot of underground plotting ,one thing I like the most about Tactics is the job class system. I love mixing and matching the abilities of the classes.

yeah Final Fantasy 7 rules, im an avid fan of Tifa and vincent Valentine, i also play Dirge of cerberus which is the story revolved on vincent. Advent children rocks

I have to say FF8 is the best. It has the best story, the most realistic characters. Cloud and Sephiroth were too archetypal. They were just placeholders with no true personality. But Squall and Rinoa grow throughout 8's story, heck, even Fujin and Raijin undergo some deep changes. I just like how realistic everyone was.

Although FFVII will remain my sentimental favorite, overall I think FFX is the best game.

Indeed FF7 is breathtaking. I think its the most interesting story to date, next to FFX. I love all the final fantasy's but my favorites would have to be FF3,FF7,FF8,FF9,FFX-X2,FFXII was pretty fun and very different. Tell you all remembeber how hard and long FF3 was...like wow.
