My first gift of flowers was when I turned 8yrs old. My birthday was on the last day of school for the year, June 19th. A boy named Raymond brought me a boquet of Daisies, buttercups, and violets. I was so proud of my flowers. His mother had put them in a vase with a beautiful ribbon and a nice card. Boy did I get alot of teasing for it though. You know how kids can be...lol

I remember the first time i got flowers. They were dark red roses... and still today my favorite. I knew a guy from the 4th grade (we went to school together) all the way from the 4th grade to high school. We spent alot of time together once we got into middle school. WE were like best friends. We were always together. My 7th grade year he brought me red roses to my house one day. It was valentines day. IT was so sweet. I hate it that we are no longer close friends. After highschool we went our seperate ways. We have ran into eachother every now and then. He's a great friend. I just don't think that there would of ever been anything more between us.
