I have a son who has Autism. He has many gut troubles and we have yet to find something that works to help him absorp properly. We want to try giving him enzymes to help digest the food. I am still researching. If anyone has any experience in this I'd love to hear!

Start with Oxipowder for a good cleanout. Then you might try SCD diet. These are the best things for absorbtion. Houston enzimes are good for digestion.

The Specific Corbohydrate Diet is good to heal guts of autistic children. It helps a child to gain weight and to digest food better and to get rid of a bloated tummy. I am not sure of all of the rules on this list, so if you would like a good link about this, email me and I will be glad to send it to you. Albert

AJ has the opposite problem...he is 7 and weighs 89 pounds! For now we are trying gluco-nutrients....I have read that they help kids with tummy troubles and I am sick of his pediatrician constantly wanting to double dose meds. The side effects from the meds are almost as bad as the medication itself. Thank you....and I WILL email you later...I would love to read more!
