Receiving this award was a huge confidence-boosting moment. I know several other employees who deserved to win it as well.

Awards? you mean compliments and certificates. Recently our company has moved in to a new premises more spacious and better infrastrcture. The over all responsibility was for me . When our chairperson inauguarted the same he had all praise for me and I was rewarded .You feel happy when others acknowledge your committment and good work.

I once won an award for getting over 1500 dollars in sales for being a telemarketer......I walked on water for over a week....It does make you feel good when you win something.....Also got a radio, telephone and suit case for win a contest........

I have won a lot of awards in sales. Money and trophies first place.

hmm... i haven't won any major or company-wide awards, but i have won one in our department only... it was something about the thorough testing i have done in a change requested by the customer, as a result there were no bugs or defects when the change was implemented in production...
