You need to verify your account to withdraw the money from paypal. But mylot can credit your account even if you don't verify. You have to show a debit/credit card to verify the paypal account. I'm not sure about the fee for that.

I dont think you need to pay money to get it verify I had paypal for a long time and i dont rembmer paying any fee, but you are in a different country so it is different maybe, did you try and e-mail them or did you just got something in the mail. should e-mail them or call them up see what they say. hope this help
