Who was jesus?

The life and teachings of Jesus is a little complicated,we only hear of Jesus in the bible from his birth till when he was twelve years old,and from 12years till 40yrs we dont know where he was and what he was doing.if there are some good men of God in here,I would wish to know what he was actually doing from 12-40yrs.
