What do you think about it: you can find happiness if you are content with what you own (or what you can own). you will be unhappy if you always look to what others own... Are you agree with this?

I agree and disagree with your comment. Yes happiness can always come from what we have and it always helps to show gratitude for what we own as of now. But I don't see anything wrong with wanting more or wanting want someone else has. I believe you must do both to be happy not unless you are already happy with your life as is. As for myself I am never happy with what I have because I am looking to share what I have with others. So the more I have, the more I can give, and when you think about it that way and you think more of others than yourself, happiness takes a whole new perspective. In short: Happiness comes from what you have, and what you will have, if you really believe it.

thanks for your answer. what i wanted to mean with "what others own" is that you will never be satisfied if you want have more that you can have, or if you compare what you own with what others own... it's hard to be happy if you are not satisfied i think

You could own the world and still not be happy. Material posessions don't bring happiness except to the shallowest of people and eventually they'll get tired of them.
