The capital punishment is justified but before implementing the capital judgement we need to put a very fair,reliable judiciary system in place. The way judiciary is working in India where people don't trust judiciary at these places the capital punishment is very dangerous as it leads to utter dissatisfaction and can lead to turmoils.
