Need some help with the perfect valentines gift...

Ok so this valentines day my girlfriends going to be in France skiing, so I want to get her something special that I can give her to take with her.
Anybody got any ideas?

Maybe a good book on alpine flowers?
The way the weathers acting up at the moment they will be in bloom next month!
