shave after taking a shower, the warm water opens up your pores such that shaving won't be as harsh to your skin. you may also want to use shaving creams to facilitate smooth shaving

If you wanna shave much better then first of all you need to have a good razer,a soft foam is preferable and a nice mirror try with these if not possible then go to a barber he is the ultimate and final solution for ur discussion

after shaving, you use moisturizer so the part that you just shaved won't dry.
