Do you customize your car?

My husband got me a 93 Lexus ES 300 this past christmas. The owner that had it before me already did alot to the car. He put 18" rims, there are neon nights on the gas and break. At one time he did have a system and TVs. I am not sure if i want to finish what he already started. And i was just wondering if anyone else customizes there car.
