Day-off anyone? How do you spend it?

Once in a while I go for day-off just to ease myself from the tensions of my work. Engineering works are sometimes exhausting specially when your on-call. I usually sleep most of my hours during my day-off just to cope with stress. How about you guys? How do you make your day-off more relaxing?
