Should Arnold Schwarzenegger be recalled?

Arnold Schwarzenegger got elected due to a recall of then Govenor Gray Davis. If Schwarzenegger goes ahead with his plan to raise taxes, he therefore has lied to the people of California, who elected him twice on the platform of "NO NEW TAXES" Therefore doesn't he deserve the same treatment.

Every one should be held accountable for their actions, especially if they are in high places, they bear more responsibility as they are ruling by example.If the leaders are lying and cheating, then what will be left for the rest of the population to follow? He should not be exempt from facing the same fate as others who have committed the same crime of lying.
