My dog tinkles on the floor when she is scared

my dog millie constantly is leaving little spots left and right. If I say her name in a certain tone than she tinkles. If I push her off of the couch cause I wanna get up she tinkles. I dont understand why she is doing this. She is 7 months old and is a yellow lab/boxer mix. Can anyone tell me how to break her of this habit. Thank you!
