Apricots and apricot recipes...

There is a great Ice Cream Parlour where Fruit salad with Ice cream is served with a Apricot on top of it. Then I started buying apricot, soak it in water to soften it whenever we make fruit salad with icecream at home.

Well i do like apricots but not much as strawberries.
