My PC Run Slow

Why my PC run slow? Sometimes hang. I'm using AMD SEMPRON 2800+, RAM 286 DDR2 533. Please suggest me how to make it fast.

Spyware and Adware is the #1 cause of slow computers. Use Adaware or Spybot Search and Destroy to get rid of malware. Both of these are free downloads. This should speed it up right away. Also clear your cache and all of that in your Internet browser and make sure you are virus free.
