going back to work

My son with be going to kindergarten full time next year, so I guess I better get my butt a job again. I will be 4 years since working. Have you guys had any issues with going back? I mean, I think I'll be kind of rusty with interviewing. Do people frown on moms who take a few years off to raise thier kids? If so, what are some good responses if the interviewer asks about that? What are the latest office software programs? When I left, we were MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Have things changed?

Well, I am barely on my second year home. I have another two to go, but that i know of there really isn't much of a change. But I wish you the Best of Luck!!!!
