I am looking for information on how to obtain medical records on a person that has been deceased for over 40 years. This person was also in the military too, if that could be of help. It was my grandfather, I have many of his important documents, such as social security card, birth certificate, etc. He was said to have had a bleeding disorder and it is important that I find out the medical diagnosis. I have no idea even where to begin my search
