What are the benifits of adding new friends

FRiends, i have referred to many friend, i have invited to many friends but i think they have not join the mylot, thats whyu, my referring is only one, Only one friend have joined my request. FRiend i wanted to know that do i get benefit by adding friends, those who are already members of mylot? Please help me
