What do you think about X-ray machines used in Airports????

Nowadays their are X-ray machines getting installed in all major airports for security purposes.In these machines you can monitor whether the person is carrying any unwanted items beneath his clothing or not and many more things along with that.It has already been tested in Heathrow airport and already there are lot of issues about morality raised about it. So what do you think is it ok for these machines to be installed.
